Condition Guide

At KBS Marketplace, we sell a variety of liquidation and wholesale products. To keep things clear, here’s how we describe the condition of our items:

New Items

Factory-sealed, unused products in original packaging. These are true new items, just as you’d find at retail.

Like New Items

Products from liquidation pallets that are unused and in excellent condition. Packaging may show light wear or be resealed, but the item itself has not been used.

 

Open Box Items

Products where the box has been opened or the original packaging is missing. Items are visually inspected from the outside to ensure there are no dents, cracks, or obvious damage. While not tested, they appear complete and in good condition. Be aware sometimes open box items might be missing a item check pictures and description before purchasing, or ask for more information. We try our hardest for it not to happen but it can happen.

Damaged Items

Discounted products that may have chips, cracks, cosmetic flaws, or may not fully function. These are offered for bargain hunters, and we encourage questions before purchase so you know exactly what you’re getting.
