Condition Guide

At KB’s Marketplace, we sell a variety of liquidation, wholesale, and discounted products. To keep everything clear and honest, here’s exactly how we describe the condition of our items:

New Items

Factory-sealed, unused products in their original packaging. These items are identical to what you would find in retail stores.

Like New Items

Products from liquidation pallets that appear unused and are in excellent condition.
Packaging may be slightly worn or resealed, but the item itself has not been used.

 

Open Box Items

Items where the packaging has been opened or replaced.
We visually inspect these products to ensure there are no dents, cracks, or obvious damage.
While we do not fully test every item, open box products generally appear complete and in good condition.

Some open box items may be missing a minor accessory. Always review photos and the product description, or contact us if you need clarification.

 

Used Items

Products that show signs of previous use.
These items are inspected for cleanliness and basic condition, and any noticeable wear will be shown in photos or described on the listing.

 

Damaged Items

Discounted products that may have cracks, broken parts, cosmetic flaws, or may not fully function.
These are offered for bargain hunters looking for deep discounts.
Please read the description and view the photos carefully before purchasing.

 

Important Note About Testing

We visually inspect all liquidation items and test items only when possible (for example, electronics with wires included).
However, we do not guarantee full functionality unless specifically stated in the listing.
