Refund policy

KB’s Marketplace LLC sources liquidation, shelf pulls, customer returns, damaged items, and overstock inventory. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final except in the case of receiving the wrong item.


How We Inspect Items

Every item receives a visual inspection, including:

Checking for visible defects

Confirming any major issues shown in photos

Photographing the exact condition

Basic testing when possible (not guaranteed)


Unless specifically noted, items are not fully tested.
Items may be:

New

Like new

Open-box

Gently used

Packaging damaged

Missing minor accessories

Marked as damaged (sold at a deeper discount)

About Damaged Items

Some products are intentionally sold at a heavily discounted price because they are marked DAMAGED.
This may include:

Broken parts

Cosmetic defects

Items not working properly

Missing key components


These listings will clearly say “Damaged” in the title or description.
By purchasing a damaged item, the buyer acknowledges the condition and understands it is sold as-is.

Returns Are Not Accepted For

Buyer’s remorse

Cosmetic wear

Minor missing accessories

Normal liquidation imperfections

Items not being fully tested

Packaging damage

Anything listed and sold as Damaged

 

Exception – Wrong Item Sent

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it immediately.
