At KBS Marketplace, all sales are final due to the nature of liquidation inventory. Items are sold as-is and may be new, open box, or damaged.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the following case:
- You received the wrong item (not what you ordered).
If this occurs, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@kbsmarketplace.com or (833) 452-7627. Please include your order number and photos of the item received. We will review your case and resolve the issue promptly.
